Our Shipping Information

       We ship using UPS Ground from Fort Worth, TX 76116 to your physical location.  Check this UPS Ground map of the estimated delivery time.  If your address is a Post Office address we will use US Postal Service for the shipping.

       UPS Ground - 1 to 6 days depending upon destination.  Please provide a physical street address where is occupied by someone during the day who can sign for the delivery.  If possible, please include a telephone number so UPS can contact you about delivery in case there is a problem.

       UPS Express Shipping - We provide UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Third Day Select services for an additional amount upon request.  Customers can contact us by phone or by email to get the specific shipping freight for the express shipping services.

       Pick Up - If you are in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area you are welcome to pick up your items in our office.

       For International Customers - Please let us know your country and we will ship the products through US Postal Service.  Contact us by email to get the choice of shipping methods and corresponding shipping time and freight.
